2. The Master Plan: is a detailed land use and density plan to guide Singapore’s development over the next 10 to 15 years. It is reviewed every 5 years.
3. The Special and Detailed Controls Plans: comprise the safeguarded Landed Housing Areas Plan, the Building Height Plan, Street Block, the Urban Design Area, Conservation & Monuments Plan, etc.

The Plans are available at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). The Master Plan guides Singapore’s development in the medium term over the next 10 to 15 years and translates the intentions of the Concept Plan, resulting in detailed plans being prepared for various planning areas.
